The quality of the product was great, the fit and finish was really nice and the concept and design is beautiful.
But I have a pretty major problem. The individual slots for the bottles are not big enough. About 80% of the brands of wine that I have in my collection fit into the slots without a problem. But some wine manufacturers use bottles that are 3-4mm bigger than the others, and I have two brands of wine that do not fit in the rack. The bottles are too large by on 1-2mm diameter. If the individual holes in the rack were only 5mm wider, all brands of wine would likely fit.
I really like the wine rack but it's a bit disappointing to spend R11 000 on a wine rack and have bottles of wine sitting on the floor in front of it in cardboard boxes.

Love it! Getting a lot of compliments for this feature in our lounge. It is very well designed with 8 connections to the wall.
Installation is recommended to be done by professional handyman (more than one) as the structure is quite heavy. Instructions received with is very clear.
